Vibration Transmitters

Use your Distributed Control System (DCS) to monitor critical machinery using vibration transmitters and bearing condition.
Industrial plants need to monitor the vibration of critical machinery in two ways:
* For Operations: The overall value of the vibration should appear as one more parameter in the control room. Thus, the production staff can meet real-time vibrational level of each critical machine and prevent catastrophic failures.
* For maintenance: The maintenance department of the plant analyzes, diagnoses and predicts failure of this machinery using vibration spectrum analyzers, whether laptops or continuous analyzers. Continuous monitoring of machinery using vibration transmitters can extend the intervals for data collection with spectrum analyzers and even postpone the measure until it detects any vibration anomaly made the transmitters.
Features
PRE1210MS The transmitter has the following features and options:
* Overall Value: 4-20 mA DC output that indicates the overall value of vibration in mm / s. The amplitude range is selectable from 10 to 100 mm/s depending on application. This signal is incorporated into the existing DCS system in the plant so that this level of vibration of the most critical machines can be displayed in the control room at any point of the plant network.
* AC output: To connect a portable vibration analyzer or a vibration acquisition system continuously (online). This signal will allow us to perform predictive diagnostics of equipment more critical.
* Value of bearing condition: As an option you can add one more parameter that indicates the status of the bearing, being able to bring this to the DCS, as another signal 4-20 mA.
Other options: The Preditec sales engineers will advise on accessories and options such as adapters for mounting on the machine, cables, intermediate junction boxes and data capture, maximum allowable distances, especially for high temperature, etc..
Applications
Vibration transmitters critical for machines that require continuous monitoring, such as electric motors, fans, pumps and gearboxes.
Industries
The industrial sectors of application are the chemical, power generation, water (and wastewater), civil (fans of tunnels and buildings), pharmaceutical, food, automotive paint booths, small hydro ...
